A: We finance primarily in Maricopa and Pima Counties located in Arizona, however if you are in another state, call us and we can discuss your situtation. Q: How soon can I get my money? A: Because most loans are on a case by case basis, it varies, but for most of our loans, you can have your money in a matter of days! Q: What does it cost to get a loan? A: For funding below $50,000, Foreclosure Rescue only charges $3,400 in fees. Any funding over $50,000 is a sliding scale. Title work and any other expenses will be in addition to fees.
